What is the adoption process for a royal puppy?
Our adoption journey is designed to ensure our puppies join loving, prepared families. First, fill out an application on our contact page. Once reviewed, we will schedule a consultation call. If approved, a deposit will secure your place for an available or upcoming puppy. The pinnacle of this process is taking home a happy, healthy companion.
Do your puppies come with health guarantees?
Absolutely. Excellence is our standard. Every puppy comes with a comprehensive health guarantee and a clean bill of health verified by our licensed veterinarians. Our sires and dams undergo rigorous DNA and structural testing (including OFA certifications) to ensure we are improving the breed with every magical litter.
Can we visit the puppies in person?
For the safety and health of our unvaccinated newborns, we maintain a strict closed-facility policy during their most vulnerable weeks. However, we provide weekly high-quality video updates and host scheduled meet-and-greets once the puppies receive their first round of core vaccinations at 6-7 weeks of age.
What is included with your whelping services?
Our luxury whelping services provide 24/7 veterinary-grade supervision. It includes climate-controlled nursery care, specialized postnatal nutrition for the dam, continuous weight monitoring for the pups, deworming, vaccines, and early neurological stimulation to guarantee well-socialized, thriving litters.
Do you offer delivery or flight nannies?
Yes, our reach is nationwide. If you reside outside of the Orlando/Polk County area, we offer professional, in-cabin flight nanny services. Your puppy will travel safely in the cabin, receiving constant care and attention until placed directly into your arms at your local airport. Specific terms, arrangements, and fees are subject to negotiation.
